Stephen Francispillai

Stephen began his love of real estate at a young age. He bought his first investment property at 18 and has been addicted ever since, buying and selling several houses in the last 20 years. Stephen has learned firsthand what his clients need in a real estate lawyer.
Stephen graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Civil Law Program in 2003 and completed the National Program (Common Law) in 2004.He was called to the bar of the Law Society of Upper Canada (Province of Ontario) in early 2006.
Stephen specializes in Real Estate Law including, commercial, residential and condominium, wills and estate and business incorporations.
In his downtime Stephen is a dedicated father and husband and when he isn’t spending time with the family he can be found meticulously caring for his vintage BMWs.
Paul Rassi

Paul is a new lawyer ready to hit the ground running! Paul met Stephen via a chance encounter with family friends and the two have been developing their mentor type relationship ever since.
Paul graduated from Carleton University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology. He then attended the University of Ottawa’s Common Law Program and graduated in 2019. Paul was called to the bar of the Law Society of Ontario in January 2021.
Paul’s enthusiasm for real estate law began when he realized how momentous and stressful buying a house can be. His goal is to lend a helping hand to alleviate the stress so clients can focus on the exciting part of the process.
Outside of work Paul can be found near the water front fishing his heart out, or devouring new and interesting foods around Ottawa. Need a new restaurant recommendation? Paul’s got one for you!
Jonathan Tremblay
Transaction Coordinator
Jonathan comes from a multicultural family and was raised with a love of diversity. He has spent several years serving clients and thrives on delivering the best possible experience.
Jonathan is a recent graduate from Algonquin College with a double major in Office Administration – Legal as well as Office Administration – Executive from the School of Business. He joined the team in February 2022 and is ready to take on his role as Transaction Coordinator.
When not working, Jonathan is passionate about fitness and can often be found at the gym. He is also fond of food, music, traveling, and sports.
